Joe Boehm III

Joe Boehm III, a Co-Founder and Managing Partner, is our Chief Executive Officer and sits on the Investment Committee.  Prior to co-founding Provider Real Estate Partners, he was an EVP of Retail Leasing at QIC Global Real Estate, an $80 billion diversified investment company, and spent over 20 years at Forest City Realty Trust, ultimately as EVP of Real Estate.

Joe serves on the Board of Directors of Placewise Digital, a digital transformation platform for retail real estate, and was the Dean of the John T. Riorden School for Real Estate.  Joe received his BA from from Miami University.
